I love living here at the Arbors! This is my 4th year and it really seems to get better and better! The grounds and apartments are beautiful and professionally maintained and the office staff is very helpful! They always offer a friendly smile and complimentary cookies! Activities include zumba and their is always something fun to do! You wont be disappointed if you decide to make this your next home!

I've been staying at this apartment complex for almost two years now and I love it here. The rent is not too expensive. Its affordable. They are really involved with the people that live in these apartment complexes. They always host events so that families can get together and meet other families. If you are looking for a good apartment that's not to expensive I would recommend this apartment complex. They make you feel really welcomed.

The beautiful landscaping and expert maintenance has been consistent for all the years I have lived here. The staff here are very attentive to the needs of the residents. What a terrific community! The office staff is a pleasure to deal with and always ready to answer any questions I have. Maintenance is very responsive and quick to handle any issues that arise. This year the complex underwent a full exterior renovation... The amenities are extraordinary!

I have lived here over a year and love it. We resigned our lease last month. You can't beat the outside amenities. Also, the buildings are a little older, but maintenance and the office are very timely and nice. Veronica at the office is our go to, she helped us sign out first lease here and has been nothing but helpful ever since. I would definitely recommend living here.

Been living here for about 6 months now and I love it. Whenever something needs a fixing or a look up to, maintenance is always on time. Never had an issue getting anything done. The office staff is as friendly as they come. They greet you by name, at least that my personal experience. Don't know about those that have anything negative to say. When the time comes, I won't hesitate on resigning a lease.

We have lived at the Arbors at Breckenridge for over 2 years now. The office staff and manager Deborah are just the best. They truly make the Arbors a wonderful place to call home. Our maintenance staff is pretty awesome as well and our security staff definitely make you feel safe. We enjoy our home and the amenities here at the arbors at Breckenridge :)
